Rohan Gawri

President

Rohan Gawri is the co-founder and President of Sphere Developments. He is responsible for the oversight and management of all business areas with a focus on corporate strategy, capital partners, personnel, development, and acquisitions.

Rohan has several years of experience working on real estate development projects in numerous cities. Prior to joining Sphere, he worked with a major high-rise development firm in Downtown Toronto where he managed four major projects. From these projects, Rohan has garnered extensive experience in project management and constructing major developments. His strong attention to detail and conservativism allows him to seamlessly and efficiently complete developments.

Rohan holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.

AJ Uppal

Chief Operating Officer

AJ Uppal is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sphere Developments. He is responsible for managing all personnel, process optimization, corporate governance, and information technology infrastructure.

AJ has over a decade of experience working in real estate. His experience stems from developing and building custom single-family homes in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas. AJ focuses on design excellence and completing projects within budget. His expertise in constructing bespoke luxury homes gives him an excellent understanding of how to navigate complex developments.

AJ holds a Masters in Science (MSc) from the University of Toronto.

Jeffrey Leung

Controller

Jeffrey Leung is a Controller at Sphere Developments. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and financial control systems and processes. Jeffrey also assists with various aspects of investor relations as well as ensuring budgets are met. He prides himself on his strong attention to detail throughout all his work with Sphere.

Prior to joining Sphere, he was the Controller of a vertically integrated group of companies in the construction industry. He has over a decade of progressive accounting and financial experience in the real estate construction industry.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jeffrey Leung
Controller

Katie Shah

Associate

Katie Shah is an Associate at Sphere Developments. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of development activities across all of Sphere’s projects. Katie actively manages acquisitions, reporting, and planning. Katie also has an active role in assisting the office’s operations including information technology, human resources, and process enhancement.

Previously, Katie worked for a prominent real estate firm where she has gained over five years of experience in managing projects and improving overall office processes. Prior to that, Katie spent over a decade in the healthcare industry with a variety of different managerial roles.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Audit degree.

Katie Shah
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

John Santos

Administrative Assistant

John Santos is an Administrative Assistant at Sphere Developments. In his role, he is responsible for all corporate administrative requirements as well as providing ongoing support to various other team members.

John spent the last six years working in human resources and marketing roles across a variety of industries including real estate and marketing agencies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Development Management.
